As the firds fly - watched by God's Holy Eye--
The bird's home is its nest --
Altho' they are fed by the Eternal God--
not in the nest -- yet they are blest!
They must seek by air and the they trod--
Telling -- we must work for what we ar given!
'Tho life seeks us -- we, too, must seek--
God's gifts of life -- as we are driven -
Through life's ups and downs, we peek --
Through the mists and darkness of life --
Through the wonder of peace and war's eternal strife!
Like the birds that fly -- we are watched by -- God's Holy Eye!
